1. Research:
a) Breeding and harnessing of non-food plants as raw materials for biogas/biofuel renewable energy generation;
b) Rice cum Fish breeding for national food security enhancement.
2. Teaching: NCRI staff in the appropriate rank and experience to offer adjunct teaching services for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at IBBU in the appropriate departments.
3. Industrial Training: NCRI to sustain industrial training for IBBU SIWES students and other practicals in the relevant IBBU departments.
4. Laboratory Facilities: IBBU and NCRI to share / have access to common usage of laboratory facilities in respect of items 1-3 above and for individual researchers from both parties (at fees chargeable where necessary).
