The Governing Council of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai has approved the promotion of Associate Professors Danjuma Solomon and Elele Ugoeze Ucheoma to the rank of Professors.

The Council made the approval at its fifty-fifth regular meeting held on Tuesday, 30th August, 2022 in the Senate Chamber.

Also approved is the promotion of Dr. Mathew Tersoo Tsepav to the rank of Associate Professor Physics.

With the new promotions, Danjuma Solomon and Elele Ugoeze Ucheoma are Professors in Department of Crop Production and Chemistry respectively.

All promotions are with effect from 1st October, 2021.
